The location is great, close to everything but not too close. Once inside it's super private. Hot tub is not super hot which is nice for warmer days, but not for cooler nights. Still awesome though. Rent the bike, walk, do a sunset cruise. Take advantage of happy hour for meals at some of the nearby restaurants. Sammy is a great host here. Breakfast is included so take advantage of that too.

Sammy and his staff were great; excellent hospitality and we always felt welcomed and appreciated. He was very attentive to any needs or requests. The location is super convenient to walk to Duval St, the Marina/Wharf area, and an easy bike ride to the beach other famous points. This is our 2nd time staying at The Garden House, and both have been excellent long weekend getaways.

We enjoyed our three day stay at The Garden House. The staff was awesome, esp.hosts Dawson, Sammy and Barbara, our housekeeper. The location was excellent and we really enjoyed our afternoon dips in the pool while taking a break from the heat of the day. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable...great pillows!

We loved our stay. The host sent text messages and that was really helpful and great communication. Kind of lame that we had to pay for parking but so glad it was an option. We were there at a busy time and there was no parking anywhere on the island. They had an option to rent bikes for $15 a person and loved that! It was cheaper than a bike rental place and we didn't have to walk somewhere else to pick up the bikes. We used bikes instead of driving for everywhere we went and felt like we saw the island better that way anyway. The room was small with not much space for luggage and the bed was not the best. The location was amazing, clean, quiet, friendly staff, and just as described.
