"The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap.
The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal creamer container. Anyone with a sense of hygiene should think to stay elsewhere than in a hotel that runs out of the soap bars adequate for all rooms. The hotel shouldn't pass regulations if it requires all guests reach into the same creamer container as the unwashed hands of guests who weren't given out any soap."
