"Staff team was very courteous, unfortunately room was not what we expected. Lots of ants that we woke up to in our bed and on the floor at 5 am. They gave us 50% off the next time we come but we technically didn’t have a well rested night; although it was a nice gesture I just didn’t expect that from this resort."
