BAD: Front of the property is a dumping ground for trash. Walkways to and from the property is not a pleasant one. Hot water for shower was an issue. No matter how hard you try as per the instructions you will get luke warm water for a few second then it turns to cold. Staff kept giving you lame excuses for that. "I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. Also, he used unusable words for me as he didn’t like my early move out. As such, any one booking this Hotel should think many times before making advance payment."
