"We loved our 3 day stay at this beautiful hotel on a lovely beach. The staff were charming and welcoming, especially Phumi. We loved our room overlooking the adult pool and near the beach. Very comfortable beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast. We particularly liked the restaurant on the beach in the evenings. We noticed a very charming children's zone near reception. "The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received our room ahead of time, even though it didn’t seem possible at first. The room was spacious, in good condition, and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was plenty of space in the pool area, and sunbeds were not reserved in advance. I definitely recommend this place, and if I travel here again, I would choose it again."

My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport.
