"I booked 2 jacuzzi villas, that were nothing like the pictures. The villas were old, the bathroom so old that the shower head was only allowing water to come out through half of his small openings. At night there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. Breakfast is poor, only the egg station that is okay. Yogurt left out the entire time, in the heat. "Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel...
