"The staff, specially Art from guest relations who ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, making it memorable and stress free, informing me of all that was going on, changing and booking my day needs and desires. Small issues with the room but promptly fixed. Although the beds are spacious and somewhat comfortable, personally I’d rather have a mattress with memory foam topper, as opposed to a cotton/polyester one as this provides little support. But no option for that, a small improvement there maybe required for people who have memory foam mattresses at home and were on a long stay like myself. Facilities are well looked after and clean, beach is lovely specially if you’re on the end of it, free from all the other people on the beach. Privacy is important on all my stays so I didn’t feel like this was an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all cultures! Overall a very pleasant 8 days, a small improvement on the bed would take it to the next level for me, but would return and recommend!"

"We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this beautifully decorated hotel, perfectly located in the center of Sunset Town and featuring a lovely swimming pool. The view was amazing—an ideal spot for watching fireworks and festival activities. We really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the restaurant’s setting. The staff were kind and helpful, and we even made a few friends during our stay. We would love to come back again. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work!"

"Clean, well equipped, quiet room steps from the beach. Little smaller than what it appears in the pictures but still excellent. Amazing breakfast, but there were bunch of inconsiderate, obnoxious guest from a certain country that were blocking access to the food and hoarding everything. 😁"

"The front desk staff was so sweet. Offered us free snacks and a small discount on our stay as a gesture of apology for the construction going on. The construction wasn't even that bad but it was a nice gesture on their part."

"The Villa is very new. It was very clean with a modern Japanese style decor. There was ample room for our family of 9. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We never felt crowded. This is a big villa. The community is very new and there is on going construction noises. We were surprised by it all at first because there was no mention of construction noises in the booking details. It can be loud but not enough to bother us as we were never around the villa. The villa is a great value because it is still in development. The staff and Ngoc the manager were very helpful. Anything we need they were always there to help. She sent a big passenger van to drop off and pick us up at the airport at no charge. It was very nice of her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It was within walking distance to Khem beach. About 10 min. It’s not direct beach access. You go out of the security gate, turn right and within minutes you are at the beach. There are numerous cafe and banh mi shops on your walk there to enjoy. I will definitely book here again in the future and I hope the waterpark and the rest of the community will be completed. It would make the place fantastic! "
