"Hotel is clean and well maintained but does not offer much dining options in the walkable area. Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better. "

"It is conveniently located 5-10 minutes walk to the skytrain stop and the underground train. Many restaurant options available near the hotel, including vegetarian restaurants. The breakfast at this restaurant is wonderful! So many varieties of food. I loved my stay here and I hope to stay again!"
