"Won Place is all it claims to be: an excellent basic hotel. It offers clean rooms with air-conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom and a supply of bottled water everyday with a fridge in the room to chill it. There is also adequate car parking and free coffee in the mornings. It has no restaurant but there are plenty within reasonable walking distance with a variety of prices and qualities. "This place is super inexpensive but be prepared for a very dingy hostel. This hostel is hidden above an AirAsia travel shop (that is where you enter). The room was basically falling apart. When I wanted to go to sleep I lifted up the ragedy blanket and there was a giant bug in it. We ended up leaving and going to a clean hostel around the corner that only cost a few dollars more."
