"The hotel areas were generally in good condition and the staff were helpful and engaging. The pool was showing several areas of wear and tear with tiles missing and still lieing in the pool. The Address resident apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. The general communication around the trip wasn't great. The facilities at the apartment were disappointing and there was no ownship of our stay and the issues that occurred. "

"The description of the hotel facilities as posted on Hotels.com was not very accurate, site stated that the hotel had private beach it did not, also complimentary newspaper well there was but you had to read it in the lobby, pool area was great but a little crowded but after all it was EID weekend. I think the Hotels.com information needs to be updated we did rent this beacuse of the private beach wording. Would I go back .... yes as the rooms were big if a little dated."
