"Het is vooral de beleving die het verblijf uniek maakt. De gedachte dat dit schip tot het jaar 2000 dienst heeft gedaan als cruiseschip en heel veel mensen plezier heeft gebracht is fantastisch. Hut was schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en het ontbijt prima. Parkeerplaats is ook fijn. Hier en daar blijft het onderhoud wel wat achter."

CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"Wunderschönes Hotel. Nettes Personal, man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, kostenlos. Zimmer sehr sauber und eine Wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock.
Frühstück kostet um die 17€ und für mich persönlich war es super. Leckerer Kaffee, Rührei, Bacon, Pancakes, es wurde sogar Omelette frisch zubereitet. Div. Backwaren gab es auch, sowie Belag.
Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder."

"Location was a stone throw from Leiden central station which convenient if you are travelling to nearby places. About a 5-10 min walk to the city center.
Room was a good size and comfortable. Shower pressure was great! And the bathroom size is good. Note that the bathroom has frosted windows and is see through, it can be covered with curtains (from the outside). The rooms felt modern, wasn’t dated.

We had to grab towels from the cleaners trolley in the corridor.
On the first day, when we called the reception they told us cleaning needed to be ‘booked’.
Then the second day we called again and they told us they were too busy.
