"各部署のスタッフ皆さんが素晴らしいサービスをして下さいました。大変心地良く過ごすことができました。フロントスタッフ皆さんの言葉や表情からまず癒されて、夕食は錦帯橋を眺める広い個室で、なんと花火まで観れて、食事は全て美味しく大満足。個室担当のスタッフさんは、細やかな心を寄せてサービスして下さいました。お風呂も部屋からタオルを持っていく必要はなく、清潔なタオルをお風呂入口に準備して下さっていて、最高でした。部屋はとても静かで美しく、ゆったり滞在させていただきました。また行きたいホテルです！"

"Everything about this property and the staff was fabulous. We had traditional breakfast and supper that were prepared and served flawlessly. Every dish and bite was flavorful and varied. There was an incredible variety of flavors, colors and textures. We had supper served in our room and it was a beautiful personal touch, with the servers explaining every dish and we were able to enjoy it as a relaxed, easy pace. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we come to Japan. "

"快適な宿でした。余裕ない日程ではありましたが、前泊出来るから、干潮のお参りもサンライズ・サンセットの、宮島も満喫出来ました!ロープウェイで焦りはしましたが、フロントの方の助言もあり、自分のしたいこと満喫出来ました！ 外国人対応がしっかりできているという事で、ラウンジが自分主体で活用出来くつろげる。大きすぎる宿ではないからこそのこまやかな気配りがあると思いました。 早朝、干潮時のお参りした後、ラウンジでのコンチネンタルMorning…軽い軽食とおっしゃっていましたが、ちょうどいい感じ！いい宮島旅になりました。次は…もうすこし、余裕ある日程で泊まりたいです！"
