The pool was a good depth for the kids, walk to the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, good price, close to shops and restaurants.The elevator could use some maintaining and the privacy doors in the rooms were loud n squeaky, but overall it was a good place to stay.

Good service. Location. Spacious room

Katherine is great customer service. She checked us in two hours early and got us the high floor room. All service staff are friendly. Ac works great and quiet. Toilet shower, all work. Elevator moves fast. Only microwave was missing.

EXCELLENT LOCATION to the beach. Safe parking and clean grounds. Room had a odor that smelled like "cat pee" Had to keep balcony door open to help with the smell. Rooms all looked clean. Windows facing balcony were covered from water spray, even on the third floor.

Booked a last-minute, one night stay. Was reasonably priced based on room size and location (there were no other openings in the area). The facility is located right on the beach, with easy access to the water and various establishments. The staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we did not have any issues that needed staff assistance. However, the room did have a strong musty smell, some lights did not work or were missing light bulbs, and it was obvious some areas had not been cleaned as one would expect. It did get rather noisy at night, but I think it was mostly music from other establishments. The facility seemed to be safe and family-friendly.

Avoid this hotel

This was a horrible stay. The whole suite and bathroom were in terrible condition, hardly clean with stains on beds and couches. Towels were barely clean as well. Floors in the bedroom were full of condensation. In the pull out bed, there wasn’t any bedding or anywhere else in the suite. The customer service with the receptionists and staff was poor as well.

We rented a suite and paid over $1000 for three nights. The 1 bed room suite was old and the bedroom had staunch smell which we could not get rid inspite of keeping the door open all the time. The cleanliness is below average. Although the staff had been good and cooperative. Overall we are disappointed with the service and could have been much better given the amount charged

Awful!!

Don’t stay here! Dated hotel, extremely dirty - to the point that hair was coming out from the tub as we showered. Box spring had visible stains, bedside table had black dirt (don’t even want to know). Even elevator buttons were dirty. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. Look at my picture of the “ocean view” room I paid extra for.

This property is being remodeled so i hope that's the reason why there were no towels racks or toilet paper holders in the bathroom. We also had to keep the room ultra cold to keep all the furniture and floor from being wet. The breakfast was the most disappointing . . . Nothing like the pictures on the website. We only stayed 1 night because it was about $300 a night. It was certainly not worth it. The room was big, and had a decent view. The better views are probably on the 3rd floor and up. The staff was very friendly. Maybe it will be better once the remodeling is done.

I am highly disappointed in this stay. I have strayed there In the same room a few times and never had issues. However, this time the shower head was broken and you couldn’t take a proper shower, the soap holder was holding on by a screw and falling off and the chairs on the roof top were broken so we couldn’t sit up there. Also on top of that there was no manager to talk to you can’t call the hotel because nobody will answer and they kept trying to charge me 7 times before I even checked in when I chose to pay at trh property. I will not waste my money there again.

The room was renovated and quite nice but there were many things that were not completed. There were patches where the drywall was being fixed but it had not been painted, there was missing lightbulbs or the light switches did not work and in the bedroom the headboard had lights, electrical outlets and USB plugs but one side did not work because it was not plugged into the wall. All pretty minor things, but for the amount of money I paid for the room, these things should have been finished before the room was sold.

Unsanitary conditions at this hotel. Infested with large cockroaches. Large amounts of paint peeling off walls. Dirty towels and linens. Mold. Pool is closed due to unclean water. They will make you sign a paper at desk saying if you leave early you will not get refund. I was booked for 5 days, stayed one night and left because of the health risks. I was not able to get a refund as they charged my account right away. I called the health department. They said they have been there 8 times in the last year shutting them down once for leaking water. They also told me pool is closed due to water contamination.

Hands-down, the nastiest and infested stealing disgusting place possible I just rented the penthouse and was charged over 500 something dollars however the chick working there who works all weekend and stated last night when I was checking in with my significant other that she can do whatever she wants to the rates and was supposed to book me for the next two days and supposedly did however I got the penthouse 515 and behold I was flabbergasted and didn’t even get to get a wink of sleep. I instantly within 15 minutes had to come down and get spray away from her to just get the handles and mirrors clean all that you we’re not talking about the infestation of not just bedbugs however it is so bad that you cannot take your shoes off. Nothing is cleaned. There are other peoples hair and fivers there’s toenails there are roaches and it is the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s not just from clean cleaner a clean when I went down after called down to her and called her and told her what was going on. She was like oh I’ll have to notify the housekeeping person and I’m like I need a full refund first of all second of all , we cleaned and I need a full refund for tonight I will make and I’m sending it into corporate but it’s also going to the health inspector Better Business Bureau all over the Internet and this place is gonna be shut down because not only is it a safety, but it’s fraud on top of infestations and literal health hazards to the public and anybody so that being said do not

Do not stay at this hotel they ruined our 4th of July weekend we started our weekend at a different hotel in the area and checked in to the beds unmade and dirty towels so we left that hotel and then we made in to windham and let me tell you how unprofessional the hotel and staff are I’ve asked the whole 2 days of our stay to speak to the manager to discuss our problems we’ve had with the rooms the carpet was filthy there was no shower curtain in the first room and the second room the curtain had blood on it the towel’s smelled the first night our first room the water was ice cold with no shower curtain and the second room scalded us it was that hot and the knob was broken so the shower wouldn’t turn off and they didn’t fix it till 4pm the next day the following day we woke up to no water I couldn’t use the bathroom or brush my teeth or nothing theres no phones in the rooms because they must get so many complaints they don’t wanna hear it and i went downstairs to ask why theres no water and she said it would be on in a hour and i was upset because me and another guest wanted to have water so we could get done and check out and the front desk lady told me she don’t have to deal with this and left then some other lady come out and threatened to call the police because she didn’t want to hear the issues they wouldn’t offer compensation or even be sympathetic about how bad our stay was then threatened to report me to expedia im so unsatisfied never will i stay in any windham
