"Overall, we had a good stay at the Best Western in Pembroke. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptional everyone we dealt with at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
We arrived late in the evening and were a little disappointed that our Rewards VIP bottle of wine wasn’t in the room. It also would have been nice to have vending machines that accepted debit or credit cards, or at least bottled water readily available after hours. That said, the front desk staff kindly provided us with a bottle of water, which we really appreciated.
The hotel itself feels a little dated, and the room had a noticeable humidity to it, but it was clean and comfortable overall. While there are a few areas that could be updated, the outstanding customer service made a positive impression and helped make our stay enjoyable."
