From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. Great location and very pleasant room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast service was slow, but great food. No lift when we stayed as it was being replaced, so 4 floors to climb, but staff carried luggage. Good value for money.
