"The car park and location were great for Kilkenny centre. Our apartment was a great base to explore from. The main bed was lovely but the sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable for a good night’s sleep as it creaked loudly every time you moved. We also found the noise from outside or other rooms was very loud and travelled through the walls easily. There was also an emergency exit sign above the hotel door which lit up so brightly throughout the night that it was like daylight! This would be fine if you weren’t sleeping on the sofa bed and were only in the main bedroom. The room was well equipped with toaster, air fryer, plates and cutlery. Overall a useful base for exploring the town and having a bit of extra space than just a hotel room but wouldn’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed."
