"We arrived around 8:30 l. There was a note on door to call and they would come, well we had no phone service so we couldn't call. We were thinking we might have to sleep in our car. But we walked to a neighbors and ask to use there phone they answered and said they would be right there and they were. Yurns out they live in the back of the property it would have been nice if they also said to knock on back door. "

"We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK."

"My favorite B&B I stayed in while on holiday in Scotland. Our room, the Ben A'an room, was en suite and both the bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so good and my son and I had a lovely conversation with the proprietor, Callum. He was very helpful and worked with us to ensure we had a breakfast available for an early departure. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend staying."

"A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude."

"I was a little bit skeptical at first: the property is reached by a one lane road, off a small two lane road, off a regional road. Typical Scotland. Yet, once there, it was magnificent. The cottage was adjacent to two cottages and next to small bio domes which seemed interesting to stay also. Our cottage was very spacious, clean, airy, great kitchen and despite its perceived isolation had all possible amenities. Very nice host who welcomed us with a bottle of wine.
