"The studio apartment was totally adequate for our four night stay in Glasgow. It was clean and comfortable and exceptionally well located. The convenience of a utility room to do laundry was one of the reasons we chose Native Glasgow. When the washer/dryer was not capable of fully drying our clothes the night before an early departure the man working at the front desk that evening was so accommodating and helpful that he brought a large oscillating fan to our room so that air could circulate...

"We stayed overnight to catch a Rabbie's Tour the next day. Having the washer/dryer in the penthouse suite was helpful but we had to get the head housekeeper to show us how to use it correctly. It's not intuitive. We also eventually figured out that the thermostat in the hall controls heat in every room, though you can moderate the radiator. It also makes the towel racks get hot in all the bathrooms. That information would have been helpful in the beginning. We used the hot water heater closet...
