"The most beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet, bar, restaurant, spa/pool/sauna/massage spa and such nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t fault this at all, other than I wish we stayed here the whole time in Hanoi as it was such great value for money. Highly recommend! 10/10 Gill"

"Staff at this property are amenable and obliging but just cannot deliver basic services. I travel frequently in Vietnam and have never stayed at a property with Faulty Towers levels of ineptitude like the Atlanta Residences. Upon check-in my room had a broken window meaning the window could not close. ..."
