"I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!"

"Unique place to stay, right off downtown. Only complaint is they need blackout or darker blinds. Room was an extremely bright at 6am."

"The room that my wife and I was in was very clean the air conditioner worked wonderfully, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one of the most reasonable places in the area."
