"AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"This property was actually good, we need to compare this with Sri Lankan stands, hot water worked very well, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and planes flying by are perfectly heard also wifi speed poor but staff is very nice and helpful and the complimentary airport shuttle a very nice detail by the crew. "Siamo arrivati in ora tarda (01:30) ed era tutto al buio ed il portone sbarrato, abbiamo suonato diverse volte e quando finalmente ci hanno aperto, la nostra prenotazione non risultava, ho fatto vedere la mail di conferma ma mi hanno detto che loro non avevano affiliazioni con hotel.com, data la tarda ora ho insistito per la avere una camera ed il giorno successivo ne avrei discusso con la proprietà, una volta entrati in camera un forte cattivo odore si è subito sentito ma dato che dovevamo...

"I arrived at midnight, and even if the check-in closed at 9pm, they picked me up for free at the airport without complaining. The room was clean, the wifi fast and the shower had hot water with good pressure. I love this place and have already booked it again for the return-trip."
