Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!"

"Great location for my needs, walkable to multiple bars and restaurants. Parking was found a block away. Host was helpful getting into the building on my arrival night. I did not realize the entry code would not be automatically sent after completion of the pre-check-in process and it was almost 11pm.
