"Spacious room, warm and welcoming staff, decent selection of breakfast options. I have a thing about smells and the entire place smelled lovely, including the carpet in the elevator. The shower pressure was perfect, but the water pressure at bathroom sink could use an adjustment. Overall, this is a well kept facility."

"The rooms smelled of mold/mildew. Especially the ones with carpet. It may have been from the A/c because they were leaky and it didn't circulate air properly because the unit is on the floor under a bench. The lobby was very clean and welcoming but past that it was not very appealing. The pool was cloudy so we didn't get to use it. However, the desk clerk was kind and helpful when we asked to switch rooms due to the smell, even though the second room wasn't much better. We didn't try the...

"It took me an hour to check in. I made reservations through expedia which I do almost always and when I went to check in he told me expedia had used an addtional third party and the card info showing was not my info so he could not check me in and he couldn't call anyone himself. After 45 minutes of finally getting someone on the phone that I could understand they were finally able to get in contact with the hotel and get it straight. So i'm not sure if my complaint is with expedia or comfort...

"The room was very nice and clean. My husband and I had everything we needed. The breakfast was above par. A nice hot breakfast with cold options as well. The apple juice was a little watered down tasting but the biscuits were hot and fresh and the gravy was excellent. They brought out a bowl of fruit while I was looking for some fruit to go with my biscuit. We have stayed here before and are never disappointed."
