"The check in was chaotic as I was assigned a room that did not match the description and picture of the room that I had booked online through Expedia. I mentionned to the clerk that I wanted the room that I had specifically booked. The clerk was reluctant , finding multiple excuses for assigning a different room in a different location of the property. She mentionned a change in room would incur additional charges !! She finally changed the room after a long "discussion". I was finally assigned the room that I had booked and that corresponded to the picture. The check in used to be a lot smoother with the previous clerks. It appears that this particular person was pulling excuses out of her hat which is not acceptable."
