"We found roaches in our room, we did not sleep because of it, I thought they might reimburse me at least for one night!! Managers were friendly. When we were done with the waterpark. We had to make several trips to another room. And in the new room. No tv in the sleeping area. No dresser to put our clothes . And some bell on the stove binging all night. Only good thing about the room. Was that it was cleaner than the one that was infested."

"The hotel was beautiful, room was beautiful, great location. My ONLY complaint is that they have no outlets in the rooms or the lobby to plug in your electronic devices. Most hotels I’ve been to in the last several years at least have a lamp you can plug in your cords to charge your devices. That upgrade would be helpful to guests."

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff was kind. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. I could hear the neighbors loud and clear. If you stay here, perhaps request a quiet room. Other than that, the hotel was great. After returning from a hot day, cookies and cucumber water greet you in the lobby along with a "welcome back.""
