Housekeepers Lotoya and Cordell went above and beyond with daily fresh linen and laundry assistance. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a fresh scent and stylish décor. Security protocols are strict yet reasonable, giving guests freedom with safety. The District 5 bartender (Asian features) was polite, respectful, and attentive. A special commendation to Monique Gossop, whose hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills set the tone for the entire property.
