The room was very nice and clean. The Mountain View was kind of far and when you check in during winter, it’s already dark so you don’t see much mountain. I didn’t like when you used the hot water, there was a knocking noise coming from the pipes near the toilet.

Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center
The amenities were really lacking. The pool was closed. The game room was closed and when we asked that the games be turned on, they said they would do it but did not. The expensive breakfast was awful. While the towels in my room were replaced with clean ones the used k-pods in the room were not ...
