"Lovely family friendly hotel. Only down sides upon arrival we were asked to pay a deposit per night for potential damages even though we had fully paid in advance of our stay. This wasn't mentioned when booking and we were told we couldn't check in until we made the payment. Hotel was noisy at night ..."

"Amazing characterful hotel. Chandeliers were a wonderful sight. Huge areas to sit and relax. Wonderful views across the bay. Sadly the service in the restaurant was extremely slow. A word of apology with an explanation would have helped. But we were just left sitting and waiting…… The restaurant ..."
