Exterior grounds in need of desperate tidying weeds all over and poorly exterior grounds keeping. "Reception kept disappearing,bar tender had to called by receptionist! Public toilets in bar female out of order ,male dirt all round skirting board ,pipes on the ground for some reason dirty bathroom all in all ,Bed mattress needed replacing springs coming through not a good night sleep at all ,would not recommend,also pint of larger £7.50 ! Even more expensive than most London bars "

"Breakfast is a fridge with eggs and bread. My room had a creaky ceiling so whenever someone above me walked, you could hear everything! Train was going by my room window. Not the best stay. Defo not going back. "

"I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room was not up to standard—the floor was squeaky, the carpet appeared worn and uneven, and one of the towels had a stain. I also had difficulty sleeping due to a persistent noise, which may have been from the air conditioning or a nearby generator. Additionally, the price of water at the bar was excessively high. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, overall, this experience did not meet expectations."
