"First, there is no hot spring within the suite even it has a tub. The tap hot water needs 15+ min warm up time and the water temperature is very difficult to adjust. The entire ryokan is old and outdated. The meals were average at best. The famous nearby hot sand bath experience was over rated. The service is good overall. "
"Breakfast was fresh with great choices.
Super helpful staff, very accommodating
large japanese room (mine with western bed) very clean but a bit tired. "
