"A couple in their mid-70s with mobility limitations was given a second-floor room at the far end of the building, with no bellhop available and a broken elevator. The bedside table was unstable, the seating was just a basic chair, and the entire room had tile flooring. Unfortunately, a fall did occur. Excellent staff and clean room. Renovation in progress and room not ready to lease. Unfinished wall and ceiling. Pool being constructed and no easily accessible restaurant."

"Reserved a room with a mural, didnt get one. They pack in the guests, noisy. Someone took the parking spot right front of our room, lights lit up the room at 5am. Great oatmeal bar breakfast."

"Parking was easy and secure. Hotel room was dirty, linen was dirty on the beds. Only two towels were given. When we arrived card machine wasn’t working and took them 1 hour to open one of the rooms we reserved: note we didn’t get a card so we couldn’t just leave. My feet were black from all the floors not being cleaned, the tub had hairs, we found a small roach by the bed and restroom. The toilet didn’t flush we had to fill up the trashcan with water to make the toilet flush the staff were rude and unprofessional didn’t have extra pillows or blankets to give. "

"We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations. I spoke with Kathey the manager and asked if we could switch to another room as the fold our couch was like sleeping on a board. Not only did they not help us out, but they offered to cancel our stay so we could go to another hotel and we refused. We will be reviewing them on google as well and think they should be refunding us for our poor stay or making some type of compensation. Also, I recommend Expedia remove them from their listing."
