"The staff was friendly and smiling. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciate that the staff checked regularly if we needed something. A big shopping centre was just a few steps from the hotel including supermarkets. We recommend this hotel without hesitation ❤"
"The rooms were a generous size. The lady who greeted us was lovely and friendly.
The room had a fridge and a kettle, but no cups, teaspoons, tea or coffee. I know that in Germany, the rooms often only have water, but it seemed strange having a kettle with no other accourtements."
"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "It was amazing with amazing views! Great breakfast. The only downside was the internet outage (not their fault--it was due to external source). They had multiple routers which made for very strong internet coverage but was hampered by the ISP outage."
