"Room not large but well equipped,clean and good quality bed. Restaurant offered good classic italian food at sensible prices. Breakfast fantastic italian inspired dishes which were well presented and a welcome change from the usual predictable offerings. Staff were well trained and pleasant. "

However, shower room tired and needs refurb, the view is marred by old bits of wood and rubbish on the path outside the window. The surrounding gardens and access path need clearing of discarded equipment, and general rubbish. "
