"Nobody clean the room I stay three night, and nobody changed towel the soap in the shower finish and nobody care the menu downstairs in the lobby was very poor "

"Restroom was very dirty with stains under toilet seat and mold along bottom of shower curtain. The shower drain was clogged so we were not able to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk attendant about the drain. She was cordial however she was not able to do anything besides send management a message since it was past 9pm. It was 9:10 to be exact. Management never showed up or called us. We left the following morning at 9am without any word from management. I will never stay here again and they should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia. "
