"Extremely clean property! Inside and out. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They greeted us and asked us if we needed anything every time we passed them. The head of housekeeping, Tomas was especially helpful and deserves special praise! The woman who cleaned our room did a good job as well . Alejandro and Sol who took care of the breakfast kept it clean and were so sweet! They said Hello with a smile every morning and kept the food fully stocked. The pancake maker was a nice touch. Great coffee 24/7 ! The fresh cookies every evening were delicious. Again, this place was clean as can be and we had a comfortable room. Couldn’t ask for more. The pool was sparkling clean and the man taking care of it, was quick to get us an umbrella when we asked. Okay… Sorry to mention the cons, but I must… I wish they didn’t use styrofoam. And while the shower was clean and had good pressure and drainage, there was no handheld , which as a female , bothers me but was not a deal breaker. Overall the stay was wonderful, well worth the price, and we would stay there again. We are annual pass holders at Disney and are happy we found this spot . It is in a very convenient location near the parks and shopping and everything else you need"
