"This hotel was very clean and spacious. We were able to get free cookies when we checked into the hotel and we loved the breakfast they had every morning. This hotel switched up the breakfast options every day which makes it fun and exciting to see what they have in the morning. The hotel is not far from the lobby, and the hotel is really easy to navigate. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The Galleria also provides transportation to/from the Disney parks at specific times. I...

"The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room!...

"DIRTY DIRTY. SMELL LIKE PEE AND BLOOD ALL OVER THE WALLS IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. Didnt stay. Went straight back to office and told them to refund money and clean room. BIG HEALTH ISSUE. The front desk WAS AWARE of room condition and still rent it without deep cleaning. Stay away."
