직원들도 친절하고 필요한 모든 물품이 다 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 방에 정수기가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 한국인 직원도 계셔서 인사도 나누고 좋았어요. 위치도 하우스텐보스 한가운데라 쉬다가 놀다가 최고였어요. 로비도 너무 멋지고 방도 매일 정리해주고 뭐 하나 빠지는 것 없이 거의 완벽에 가까운 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. We booked an accessible twin room but it was definitely not considered accessible by ADA standards. Hotel is quite dated and run down. Staff (Willey) at the reception on check in was not very personable/customer service oriented. I'm not sure if it was a language ...
