"We requested a kitchenette and a king bed. When we got there they were not available and we had to take a queen bed no kitchenette. But staff was very nice. The bathroom door did have what looked like blood on it and bedding was torn. Over all still a pleasant stay. Quiet.close to what we needed. "

"The staff is very kind and accommodating. This is an older property so the rooms show wear and tear, but the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we had a good nights sleep. We will be booking this whenever we head to Kingsville. "

"I got to the hotel at 6:30am,check-in was at 3p. They were understanding of my early arrival and got me in my room at 830a. Staff was great, room clean but very outdated and property around it was rundown"
