Fridge froze items. Found a razer behind the bed looking for a plug in, found another extension cord. Cameras beeping all night. Extremely rude about having a SA, even went as far as asking why. I purchased the insurance, which was worthless. Even had pictures showing everything I was complaining about. Lobby Extremely cold."

"I got the jacuzzi room. First walk in, the room smelled, toilet paper hanging from the fire alarm, the floor was dirty not even vacuumed. Not all the lights worked, the jacuzzi tub didnt work the best. There was definitely people smoking in the rooms. Would not recommend and will not be going back."
