B&B in Knox County

"We loved every minute of our stay at the Mount Vernon Inn. From the cookies and drinks when we arrived, to the super-comfortable room, to the exquisite gardens, to the fabulous breakfast, this was a truly special place to stay!"

"Friendly staff, clean room and good food with coffee. Beautiful view."

"It is a beautiful place, our favorite place in Amish, everything is great"

"Great place to stay."

"We will absolutely continue to book our stay at The Pines whenever we are in the area. Allison and Rick are the perfect hosts! The food is 5☆, and we look forward to experiencing her dinners as well as the amazing breakfasts she serves."

"The Garden Gate is a wonderful place, and I hope it will remain that way after is sold by the current owners. Carol the current owner has taken so much pride in her facility and invested so much of herself operating her business. Her influence is everywhere, but she has decided it is time for a new venture in her life, and so well deserved for her and Doug. We wish them the best as we do the new owners. If we make it back to Amish country, I would not hesitate to reserve another room."

"The food was prepared very well, our hosts were very welcoming."
