"The property definitely is in need of an update. The doors were all scratched as we walked down the halls. The bathroom walls were dingy or paint was peeling. The carpet in our room seemed sticky. The A/C did not maintain its temperature and was rattling all night."

"Stay was good. I was trying to find a large bag for soiled clothes. Housekeeping on our floor didn't speak English. Went down to desk, he advised to check with gift shop which had a grocery sized bag. On the way back to room I saw another housekeeper and she knew exactly what I needed."
