When I chose Aana through Expedia, I had surveyed locations around the area by reading and researching. Aana delivered on all its promises. The setting is very rustic as the individual rooms are nestled among well established trees and shrubbery. There are flowers and flowering plants along with a variety of birds to complete the tropical feel. The design of this sprawling resort offers comfort, coziness, and isolation among closely located units. We choose a unit with its own plunge pool/jacuzzi. This is a wonderful treat. The intimacy and privacy offered with this amenity is well worth the additional price point. If you want a much larger version of a pool, there is one on the property. I mentioned the rustic feeling of the setting, and that is evident by the stressed wood that is used to build decking, walkways, etc. Aana is a hidden gem with a charm all its own. There are nooks and crannies within the resort that are wonderful to discover. The daily breakfast buffet offered an outstanding variety of fresh fruits, local and international dishes, and egg and local treats cooking stations. The staff throughout the facility was always friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. Overall, Aana is clean and comfortable, if a bit slightly worn (our bed). Transportation in and around the facility is provided by local taxis (arranged by the front desk) into town, while a motorized flat or platform boat shuttles you to and from the nearby beach. We plan to return!

We loved our stay. The staff is beautiful. Our villas were lovely and peaceful. The only suggestion I have is to order your scooter early or you might miss getting one that is so conveniently located on the property.

Mycket spännande hotell att bo på med mysigt hotellområde. Lite känslan av att befinna sig i djungeln. I och med den närbelägna floden så är det mycket mygg, kom ihåg myggsprayen för dessa ger stora blämmor. Annars trevlig personal, bra frukost och otroligt fint rum.

Friendly and convenient.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the friendly service. We especially liked the shuttle service by boat and car for our family. It made getting around super easy. There was a little bit of noise due to renovations going on but they never went on too early or too late.

En rart anderledes sted ved floden. Til enhver tid kunne man blive sejlet til stranden 5 minutter væk og tilbage igen. Fed fireflytur i kajak, der kunne lånes gratis hver dag. På stranden kunne fås god massage. Restaurant under ombygning så måltiderne måtte indtages ved en af de to pools. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Godt hotel

Super dejligt hotel, placeret uden for larm og trafik,ligger ned til en (ren) flod,ikke langt fra stranden, man kan låne kayaker eller blive sejlet ned til stranden gratis. Hver after er der gratis tur op af floden for at se ildfluer , meget hyggeligt. Minusser : stor ombygning af restauranten ved floden, så morgenmad blev indtaget i et konference lokale uden vinduer. Vi spiste aftensmåltid der en gang, og det var en gang for meget, ikke noget at skrive om. Morten

Dejligt ophold

Boede på Aana i sidste uge af august, hotellet er super, og ligger dejligt fredeligt , forstået på den måde at det ligger uden for larm og støj, de har gratis shuttle bus ind til White Sand beach flere gange dagligt, hotellet ligger ned til en bred flod som ikke er så beskidt som man kunne frygte, de har båd og kajakker man kan bruge når man skal den korte vej til stranden. Vores bedømmelse er ikke i top fordi restauranterne var under ombygning, så morgenmaden blev indtaget i et konferencerum uden vinduer, lidt synd når man tænker på hvor lækkert det kunne ha været nede ved floden . Morgenmaden var fin , men det ene aftens måltid vi spiste der var super kedeligt . Positivt var sengene , nok de bedste vi har sovet i på vores efterhånden nogle hotel besøg i Thailand. Morten

Väldigt mysa hotell med djungelatmosfär. Två fina pooler. Det enda man borde veta är att, hotellet ligger precis i en vik. Så för att ta sig till havet så man kan bada behöver man antingen paddla kanot eller åka deras flotte ca 5 min.

Très agréable

Nous nous somme fiancés dans cet hôtel et la réception à vraiment joué le jeu pour la surprise. Toutes mes demandes ont étés respectés à la lettre et je n'ai pas eu de déception. Notre seul petite déception à été sur la localisation de la chambre un peu excentré pour un séjour avec des fiançailles de prévues. Nous tenons tout de même à remercier grandemant tous les services. Le dinner sur bateau privé local était juste fabuleux au tarif de 20200 bath ça valait vraiment le retour.

Der exotische Deko und der Jungle Garten. Die Villa war sehr schön mit eigenen Jacuzzi. Aber alles sollte renoviert sein: die Türen schließen nicht gut, der Garten ist schön aber ist verwahrlost, die Mauer neben den größere Schwimmbad mit alte Malen und alle Treppen und Weg im Holz sollen renoviert sein. Auch Nachrung von dem Cinnamom Restaurant nicht sehr gut und frisch(Abendessen) aber Früstück war toll. Endlich eine sehr starke Musik jeden Abend bis Mitternacht. Es ist schade, weil der Ort hat viel Reiz und könnte ganz „Zen“ und Luxus sein.

Our stay was a kind of adventurous. The resort needs a lot of repairs and cleanings. Although it is still feel enchanter nature around and beautiful views. The main pool is ok, the infinite pool is dirty and seems not care. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. The restaurant area is beautiful, the food is not great. But the breakfast is ok. Good internet. Horrible tv channels. Overall we enjoy the experience.

Good hotel with comfortable bed provided.

Rooms are good and clean. Bed are extremely comfortable for us. Breakfast is not bad but choices are not that much.
