The customer was being ridiculous and she handled it well. "

We like that it's so quiet and the lovely smell of the jasmine. The little woman who does the breakfast always does an excellent job and always has a smile. "The cleaning staff threw away my bathroom essential items (e.g., cosmetics, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc). Management just said they were sorry it happened and didn't do anything to mitigate the issue. However, I appreciate that they have shuttle service to the airport 24x7."
