"This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc.. "Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

"As a Sri Lankan living abroad who has travelled to many countries, this was a rare and memorable find in Sri Lanka. We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, eco-friendly hotel. It is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Mirissa Beach, and the property is exceptionally well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to accommodate our requests. A particularly nice touch was being personally greeted by the owners during breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful, sustainable place to stay in Mirissa, I highly recommend this hotel."
