The property is old and dirty with the carpet, you can smell the smoking odd in the hall way and rooms.

The room and facilities feel good with cleanliness. I cannot find available restaurant peripheral of this hotel when check in on 21:00. If need it, should to ride port-liner(monorail) to Sannomiya station(approx 15min). “convenient store”(Seven eleven) is at front of hotel operating 24hours.You can buy some snack,food and drinks Many kind of foods in Breakfast were so amazing.
