Historical hotel

Rokkosan Hotel is located high above the mountain and offers a beautiful view of Kobe. My wife and I used the free shuttle bus service from the airport. The historical property is a little dated, but that is on the other hand posesses old style charm that is pleasing. We enjoyed the professional service and particularly appreciated the kind sendoff by staff at departure. It is unfortunate that the hotel is scheduled to close at year end.

長い間お疲れさまでした。新たなオープンを楽しみにしています。

現在の経営では年末で営業を終了され、来年別会社で再開されると伺いました。 近くに住んでいたので、利用したことはありますが初めての宿泊。 お部屋は広く快適。 山側でしたので夜景は屋上で堪能しました。 ただ、山側はあまり需要がないのか、窓ガラスはとても汚れていました。台風の後だからですかね? あと、朝にはwifiが使えませんでした。ちょっぴり残念。

もうすぐクローズ

もうすぐ無くなるという事で、思い出にお邪魔しました。 老舗なので古さは仕方ないとしても、窓の汚さはいかがなものでしょうか？ がっかりです。 スタッフもやる気のない様子。 電話対応した方はとても感じが良かったので、全てのスタッフが悪いというわけではなさそうです。 たまたまの経験で評価するのは公平ではありませんが、今回の滞在では、上記の感想となります。

1000万ドルの夜景が窓に広がる海側がお勧め

最近は、海外の旅行者も多いので、1ヶ月以上前から予約していました。 勿論海側の部屋で、神戸から大阪南部までの大阪湾沿岸の夜景が絶景です。 紅葉や桜など季節によっても楽しめるホテルです。 朝食のバイキングも美味しい物ばかりが沢山用意してあります。 2,160円以上のお値打ちだと思いました。

安かろうって事で

対応も丁寧でとても良い印象でしたが、 全室喫煙可能なようで「できれば禁煙で」とおねがいしていましたが、 部屋に灰皿がおいてあり、朝は廊下がタバコ臭かったです。 浴室がカビだらけで臭いはそれほどひどくありませんでしたが、 気持ち悪かったです。 安く泊まれたのでこんなもんじゃないかと思います。

おもてなし。日本人は、最高です。

ナイトフロントさんが、夜遅く着いたのに、笑顔で、対応していただき、尚且つ、雨が、降って髪の毛が、濡れていたので、 タオルを貸していただき、 目配り、気配り、心配りが、できる人と感動して、 また、フロントさんに会いたいと思いました。

落ち着いた寛げるホテル

部屋はシービューとマウンテンビューの２種類有り。宿泊はマウンテンビュー。１００万ドルの夜景は、屋上が２４時間開放されており特にシービューの部屋である必要なし。好みだが、宿泊したマウンテンビューの３階は「木漏れ日」が堪能できて山間のホテルの良さが満喫できた。宿泊する季節により違った顔がきっと有ると思われ、リピートしたいですね。部屋は落ち着いた調度で統一されており部屋の広さも広すぎず狭すぎず快適なスペースと感じた。設備の経年が逆に良さを醸し出している。室内のクローゼット及び収納タンス他も使い勝手が良かったと思う。女性視点では、アメニティーが気になると思われるが、可もなく不可もなくです。こだわりが有る方は持参をしてください。無い方は十分です。スタッフに関しては、対応が過剰でもなくドライでもなく自然体な感じで私好みでした。落ち着いた一時を過ごしたいカップルや家族にお勧めかな！ 旧館（８８年前建造）も有り、ギャラリースペースです。 今回、時間的都合で素泊まりでしたが、次回は食事も試してみる予定。

神戸大阪の夜景が堪能できるホテル

歴史のある老舗という感じです。 設備の古さや不自由さはまったくなく、きれいな客室でした。 フロント、レストランのスタッフの皆さんの接客も丁寧で好感が持てます。 夕食、朝食も美味しくいただきました。 機会があれば是非また訪れたいホテルです。

近六甲山, 基本上週邊只有個滑雪場和神戶全景, 其餘時間好像沒有什麼好地方好去, 都關門.

因為汽車沒汽油, 嘗試問酒店員工, 他們並不熱情幫忙. 酒店設施是舊. 幸好來回神戶市中心只有30分鐘車程.

昔ながらの落ち着くホテルです。冬場は人が少ないのか静かに過ごせました。 夜食事を食べ損ねると他に食べる場所もホテル内にスナックなどもないので苦労します。

山奥の静かなホテル」

一昨日の宿泊でしたが思いのほか外も寒く暗くなってからのチェックインだったので道中霧で数メートル先なでしか視界がなく大変でしたが到着早々笑顔で迎えられたので疲れも飛びました。 只空調の強さのの調整は出来るのですが室内が寒くブランケットの追加を頼んで寝入りました。 山側に一番端の部屋だったせいなのかもしれないですがもう少し宿泊者への配慮も必要だと思います。 又人数も少ないのでしょうがフロントは何時も係りの方がおられずベルで呼び出していました。

温かさを感じるホテル

日本のホテルのホスピタリティを感じることができるホテルだと思いました。 フレンチレストランのおすすめディナーも、とても美味しかったです。 お部屋には電気ポットがあり、お茶と紅茶のティーバッグがあるので、コーヒー党は、持参するといいです。ただし、朝食込みにすると、コーヒーを部屋に持ち帰ることができるように、紙のカップと蓋が用意されています。
