"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Very little English ( we have little Turkish 😃) but we managed fine with google translate. Unit is above the restaurant and very cute. Main shower rose didn’t work ( hand held shower did) and the shower was missing a door but just ok for a bathroom. "Beautiful hotel right in the mountains in a ski resort. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. The town has seen better days though, a little run down. The hotel itself was perfect. Enjoyed our stay."
