Comfortable quarters

Stayed in the 2brm appartment. Was very comfortable and clean. Is nearing the stage where it will need a renovation, but good value for your money.

Lovely place with kind helpful staff

Great place with large clean tooms. Originally booked 2 bed apartment, but booking not received by Arisara, so was given 2 x 1 bed apartments next to eavh other. Fortunately eldest dauhhters were fine with this and stay was great

Good value for money!

We had booked a 7-night stay at the Arisara Place and truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel (admittedly) has an issue with the warm water supply, but other than that, the Arisara Place is a great option. Nice, spacious, well equipped apartments and friendly, English speaking staff. We suggest you rent a scooter to get around on the island and to save you the seven minute walk up hill to the hotel.

Quiet and comfortable hotel in good location.

A quiet hotel about 15 minitues walk to Fishermans village. Helpful staff who went a bit further than many to welcome us and provide information. Had a nice suite that contained everything needed to be comfortable. Clean and well maintained. We would stay at this hotel again.

Extra Day in Koi Samui

We needed one extra night in Koi Samui that would accommodate six (6) people. Upon arrival, the manager gave us three (3) single rooms and one (1) double room instead of the two (2) doubles that we had requested. This worked our better for our diverse group and it was greatly appreciated. The rooms are a bit dated but the beds were good and the rooms were clean. We had a quick dip in the pool which was very refreshing. We then asked for a recommendation for dinner and we were directed to The Hut which was a fantastic little restaurant that was more local than touristy. We kept ordering various curries and noodle dishes that were all spectacular and well priced.

This is a good and reasonably priced option for families needing that little extra bit of space that a hotel/resort can't give you and a little kitchen to prepare lunches and light dinners. Be aware though that although we booked the option with breakfast included they no longer provide this! The reception staff were really helpful with phoning local providers when we needed some urgent medical treatment, and for arranging taxis and scooters. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Roof terrace has great views out to the hills and ocean. This is also where the fitness room is so it would be a beautiful spot to do your daily workout (we didn't!).
