Maid service didn't clean the room. On all the others days service was excellent. Hotel is in a great location - near the airport as well as the Central Samui Mall. Also only a short walk to the Chabad House for religious services. I will definitely be back next year.

Best hotel in Ko Samui

The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.
