You won't get this level of service in any other hotel in Tao. A truly memorable stay and highy recommended for those that can survive without a beach outside your room."

"The rooms there self is really nice just know its on the side of a steep hill a little sketchy riding up and down and hard to walk because its so steep, wish they had a map of the facility in the rooms, the offer free kayak,and paddleboard, but no paddles lol."

"Koh Tao Cabana is perfect place to Stay in Koh Tao near Sairee beach. The staff are friendly and always helpful and the beautiful property is tranquil and relaxing. The Rim Lae restaurant has delicious meals and there are plenty more great places to eat a short walk down the beach. "

"The resort had power shut off daily from 10am till 3pm. The safety box did not work. Area to store clothes very limited. The resort is approx 30 yrs old and appears to have nothing done since built. The walkways to cabins are very primitive with very few handrails and some areas the walkways were near high drop offs. The walkways were very scarcely illuminated and wiring was spliced and tapped together and laying across walkways along with water pipes creating trip hazards. I would not recommend...

"If you want a Robinson Crusoe holiday, Head Tien is as good as it gets if you still want an ensuite, a restaurant and a pool. Utterly charming place, could do a bit more on maintenance, cleanliness & shuttle options for the price, but the staff and location make up for any gaps. The snorkling is also great - shoals of large parrot fish chopping on coral. Be aware that it is on an almost vertical hill, so lots of steps up to rooms and down to restaurants so if you're not fit, it might not be...

"Infinity offers a place to sleep, eat, amd get a massage all in one place. They are located on a main road, easy to walk to everywhere I needed to go (restaurants, dive shops, ferry pier, etc.) When I go back to Koh Tao, I plan on staying here again."
